Shelley is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

“I view therapy as an opportunity to re-connect with yourself in the presence of an attuned and caring other. In a counselling setting this means having the space to build some awareness of the patterns that are showing up in your life and relationships; Collaborating to find some understanding and insight of how and why those patterns are present, and the safety to begin healing the pieces that interrupt your ability to feel whole.

Whether you are struggling your relationship with yourself, your partner, your children or your work, I feel deeply passionate about supporting you on your way to fulfilling and meaningful connection. “

I use multiple therapeutic approaches to support clients’ individual needs and goals. I have advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and additional training and influence from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Couples Therapy.
